Kinsey Shares About Her Successful New Clothing Line ‘Kinsey Fit’ and The Perfect Date

Kinsey Wolanski is one of the global fast-growing influencers with millions of followers in her social media outlets, from opening her own successful new clothing line to achieve her future goals as a global real estate powerful player, Kinsey is here for an exclusive interview.
You are known as one who loves the feeling of adrenaline and experiencing crazy bears. You are a professional paratrooper, a surfer, and a diver. Have you had to cancel any campaigns that were planned for this year? And of course, reducing trips around the world?
I’m a licensed skydiver and helicopter pilot – I love doing adventurous activities, but not so much for the adrenaline, but more so that I really love to live my life to the fullest and have new and exciting experiences. I live by the motto, “Life is for living.” Yes, my lifestyle has changed a little bit over the past year due to the pandemic, but we are all in this together. It’s been a time of reflection and appreciation for how grateful l am for this life and excited to get back to adventuring when the world is safe again.
In the game between Tottenham and Liverpool in June 2019 when the whole world is watching a live broadcast you burst onto the field in minimal attire, this move throws you into the spotlight. How prepared were you for this event and did you appreciate how much this breakthrough will affect your career?
I definitely wasn’t prepared for what was to follow that game, but going into it I was excited to push things to the limit and see where it would go as I love living life to the fullest! I’m very thankful for that experience as it grew my platform that I now have to share and connect with a wider audience across the world.
Where will we find you in 10 years? What are your aspirations, dreams and goals that you have not yet fulfilled?
I’m extremely organized and do have things planned out so I actually have my future plan mapped out and where I see myself in 10 years. A lot of people don’t know that in addition to social media I have my real estate license and plan to invest and build a massive investment portfolio of long-term hold rental properties that will allow me passive income. Not only do I have big real estate aspirations, but I just launched an athleisure clothing line, Kinsey Fit. My goal with creating Kinsey Fit was to offer athleisure affordable and accessible for all. Lastly, I hope to become a motivational speaker to women to help and encourage others in business to pursue their dreams and make their goals happen.
From the huge experience as an influencer on social media, what advice can you give to young people who want to be influential like you and turn it into a profession?
Find your path and what you can share with the world that is unique to YOU. Within the social media industry, you have to be self-motivated and post as much as possible across all platforms – every single day you have to post in order to grow. Always try to be as original and authentic as you can.
You recently launched your new fashion brand Kinsey Fit, congratulations! Tell us where did the inspiration come from to open the new brand? And what awaits us in the future?
Kinsey fit stemmed from my passion for an adventurous and active lifestyle – I wanted to offer an athleisure line that the everyday consumer felt confident purchasing our high-quality pieces without breaking their bank. I wear athleisure every day whether it be jumping out of planes to skydive, going to the gym for a workout, or grabbing lunch with my girlfriends. I wanted to bridge the gap within the fitness industry and offer high-quality fabrics that I searched around the world for at an affordable price. I’m so excited Kinsey Fit is finally here as I’ve been working and perfecting it for the past few years.
People think that being an influencer on social media is suitable for everyone, but in reality, it does not seem so easy, do you feel that you are constantly under criticism for every move and judged on every step at every moment?
I definitely think that comes with the career and it was a learning curve for me in the beginning. I’ve had the chance to meet so many amazing people and I’m super blessed to also have so many amazing people who support me and show me love every day. The few people that criticize or bring negativity to me don’t bother me anymore. At the end of the day, I know who I am and I know what I represent. I used to feel pressured to try and please everyone but then realized that will never happen so I just have to continue to live my life and be true to myself.
You are known as an adventurer and as one who has traveled around the world, share with us interesting places you have visited or an experience that you especially remember
I have been super fortunate to be able to travel around the world and prior to social media I actually backpacked 14 countries and stayed in hostels. My favorite memories were with my best friend in a $5 a night hostel just exploring the world and meeting so many people. We would look on a map at the cheapest flight we can and just book it on our credit card, take our backpacks because we couldn’t afford a $30 bag to check-in. I love adventure and unique travel so my favorite experience was gorilla trekking through Rwanda and the Congo trekking through the forest to be able to watch so close and personal silverback gorillas and their babies. Another amazing experience was hiking 10 miles on an active volcano in Guatemala and roasting marshmallows in the lava. I’ve never been much of a lay on the beach kind of travel girl, I love finding the most adventure possible in the world.
You have a passion for adventure and you even say that your ideal date will be something adventurous and creative, does that mean a man who wants to go out with you to dinner should arrange a jump from a plane including diving near sharks and then you can sit down to eat with him?
That would definitely get my attention! To pull off a date like that they would for sure have to put in quite a bit of effort so it certainly interests me! But typically I prefer for a first date something simple where we can really connect and get to know each other. If it goes well, maybe on the second date he can pump out the adventures! And of course, they don’t have to be as crazy as me as I understand that might be a lot to ask, but someone that is open to adventure or exploring new activities with would be a plus. 🙂
